John Martin, Principal & Founder

John Martin is the majority principal of California-headquartered Martin Pacific Realty and MPAC Properties. Over the past 29 years, John and the Companies have participated in more than $1 billion in real estate considerations totaling more than one-million square feet of commercial and residential property.
Since 2001 John has managed all aspects of commercial and residential acquisition, disposition, entitlement and development. Recently MPAC has focused on developing several Investment funds for Real Estate.
CB Richard Ellis and Grubb & Ellis. Previously John served as Senior Vice President of Investment Properties for both organizations respectively. John also co-founded the CBRE Private Client Group and holds numerous awards and accreditation's from both firms.

John has resided on the Board of Directors for the City of Orange Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee and has been a Community Partner for the Foundation of Orange. John is the Founding Member of the Boy Scouts of America’s Camp OSO and was honored as an “Everyday Hero” by the OC Register in 2014 for his work with Operation Turkey Dinner.
A graduate of Chapman University majoring in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Economics (with several Dean’s List Achievements); John has resided on the University’s prestigious Board of Counselors.
John and his wife Leilani have supported in excess of 35 charities including OperationTurkeyDinner.com where over 10,000 local families have been served.

Tad Buchanan, Partner

Mr. Buchanan, the former managing member of Rancho Monte Alegre, has assembled a successful track record in the development of high-end master planned communities, coastal ranch properties and premier resorts.
Mr. Buchanan has considerable hands-on experience taking a project from conception through entitlement, planning, construction and sales. A few of his most successful master-planned community projects include Estancia, Saddle Creek, Cordevalle and Genoa Lakes, all of which have been recognized as top new courses by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. Mr. Buchanan has also developed several large coastal ranch properties including the 1,250-acre Bixby Ranch located in Big Sur, CA. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Growing up in Southern California, Allie is glad to be back in her local market. Having been in finance for the past several years, she is excited to use her knowledge in the real estate market. Allie currently holds her series 7,6 and 63 licenses. Prior to her career, she attended UC Davis where she studied managerial economics and was a 4 year starter on the women’s lacrosse team. When she is not in the office, Allie enjoys traveling, trail running or laying by the fire reading a good book.
